1/4cuphoney or maple syrup use maple syrup or mashed banana for babies under 1
1cupfresh or frozen raspberries
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking dish with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the oats, flour, melted coconut oil, and honey or maple syrup. The mixture should be crumbly but hold together when pressed.
Press half of the oat mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish to create the base layer.
Spread the raspberries evenly over the base. If using frozen raspberries, there’s no need to thaw them first.
Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the fruit layer, gently pressing it down with a spoon or your fingers.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges look slightly crisp.
Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing. This helps them firm up. For younger babies, mash or cut into tiny pieces.
