Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a small loaf pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
In a mixing bowl, combine the grated apple, grated zucchini, flour, egg, milk, honey, and baking powder. Finely grating the fruits and veggies helps picky eaters enjoy every bite without noticing the texture.
Gently stir everything until it’s fully mixed. The batter will be thick — that’s normal!
