  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease or line a small baking dish with parchment paper. This helps the bars lift out cleanly and makes cleanup easier!
  • In a large bowl, mix the oats, grated apple, grated carrot, honey, almond butter, and cinnamon until everything is well combined. The batter will be thick and slightly sticky — perfect for holding together once baked.
  • Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Use the back of a spoon or wax paper to gently flatten the top. Let little hands help with this part for a fun kitchen moment!
